Our team puts their heart into every batch. We mix, pour, bottle, and ship by hand because we believe in the personal touch.
Understanding Your Order's Journey
Got your tracking number but no movement? Your tracking number is your order’s passport. Once you have been assigned a tracking number, you have been placed in a group to be packed for shipment. We pack orders in groups for efficiency. If there's no update, it's either your group's turn hasn't come up yet, or you've chosen to ship everything together. Your order is on its way! Please be patient as it makes its way to you.
Got a Survey or Review Request Already?
Our surveys are keen and sometimes jump the gun. If you’ve received one before your order, it’s just because they’re automated. If you get a survey or review request before your package arrives, it’s our automated system being a bit too eager. We value genuine product feedback, so please wait until you've tried your GÜDE products to share your thoughts.
